Virulent strain is cool, sound options are not

The new virulent strain pack is awesome and adds a great twist to the game.

However, I used to be able to play my iTunes music or podcast while playing the game, and since the new update, I can only play the lame Pandemic background music. No one buys pandemic for the music! Please let me play my own music while playing the game!!
