Pandemic: The Board Game App Reviews

Excellent Port

Plays like the original game and I am more than happy to turn over some of the more tedious game mechanic over to the computer.

Unreasonable chance of winning

If you like banging your head against the wall, get this game and the add-ins and try 2-player legendary. I am very good at this game, but when the chances of winning at these settings are less than 3%, then its apparent the game at its highest level is a waste of time. An enjoyable game is not 99% luck-based, and this is what this pile of garbage has become. Way to take a fair game and make it entirely too difficult. The satisfaction of winning has been replaced with knowing that success is almost entirely luck. This is an ugly attribute to what this game has devolved into.

Great implementation of the game!

It does seem to eat battery though. Might need to optimize the code.

Stop your Mansy Pansy whining.

Is this game hard? Yes. Will you lose more than you will win? Yes. Will you need to use that encephalon in your skull that has been shriveling up like a raisin in the sun? Well, yeah. But if you want mind numbing, there are plenty games you can choose from. This game has the challenge you might be looking for.

Hard and fun

I play this game often, it is always a challenge, and when you become too familiar with the characters you can pick new ones. Well worth the money, and the frustration.

Unreal probabilities

Very good implement of the game but it seems the "epidemic city" comes up way too often in the infection stage.

Awesome, but drains battery

I played this game when flying recently. I had two flights for a total of 6 hours of flight and layover time. I killed two charges playing this game. Its a lot of fun and super challenging, just make sure you have a charger nearby.

Great port

This is a great implementation of the board game. My only complaint is that you cant zoom the board out far enough to see the whole board in the center of the screen with all the little tabs open. When I airplay this to my tv/projector it would be more than big enough. This defect means that we still break out the physical version to play together. Ignore the people complaining that it cheats. It is well documented that humans have to seenpatterns in randomness.

Fantastic!

I enjoyed the board game immensely and now I can take it with me when I travel. I love the music and sound effects. Really adds to the intensity late in the game. Money well spent here! The game is hard. Winning wouldnt be nearly as satisfying if it were easy. Well done!

True to the board game

A great app version of the game. Would give it 5 ⭐️s if the battery drain wasnt so severe.
